Tool Verdict Pro terms

What membership includes

Access to the current Pro library of task guides, worksheets and workflow checklists, plus updates added during an active subscription. The initial library has three guides. Analysis is labelled by its evidence level. These templates are editorial information; no particular business result, benchmark performance, publication frequency, personal advice or consulting is promised.

Price and renewal

£8 per month or £80 per year, billed in GBP in advance by Stripe. The displayed price includes any applicable tax charged by us. Membership renews automatically on the same billing interval until cancelled. Any price change will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal. We do not store your card details.

Access and cancellation

Use your checkout email to request a single-use sign-in link at /pro. Access begins after payment confirmation. Cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal linked on /pro or contact us for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then. Failed or unpaid renewals do not extend access.

Refunds and consumer rights

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a refund and cancellation of the membership. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, access failures or content that is not as described. This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable for a period already started, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree a refund.

Fair use and service

Membership is for your individual use. You may use the worksheets in your own work, but may not share account access, republish or resell the library. We may suspend access for misuse and will explain the reason where practicable. Contact us about outages; if we discontinue the service, we will stop future renewals and refund unused prepaid access where appropriate.

Payment and account processing is described in our privacy notice. Buying Pro does not opt you into the newsletter. You can subscribe to the free briefing separately.
